Jab tak har route aur train mein Kavach system nahi lag jata, tab tak speed kam karne ka yeh temporary measure hai. hai, kyunki Delhi-Agra-Jhansi route pe Train Protection Warning System (TPWS) kharab hai. November 2023 mein pehle bhi yeh proposal diya gaya tha, lekin ab June 25th, 2024 ko fir se proposal aaya hai, kyunki TPWS abhi tak thik nahi hua hai. Isse kam se kam 10 premium train ke timings badalenge. Kuch log keh rahe hain ki isse high-speed trains ka asli maqsad pura nahi hoga, aur accident ke asli wajah ki jaanch kiye bina speed kam karna thik nahi hai.
