Meanwhile, in the B1 AC coach of the Howrah-New Delhi Up Poorva, 29-year-old Neela Parvez, traveling with her family from Howrah to Aligarh, suddenly developed high fever, stomach ache, and vomiting. Upon witnessing her deteriorating condition, the control room was informed. Upon receiving information about both incidents, the station master SP Verma, the female doctor Dr. Durga Singh, the compounder, the dresser, and other healthcare workers reached Madhupur station and treated the sick passengers. After examining them, they were given medication. The train remained at Madhupur for about 10 minutes. After the passengers were satisfied, the train departed for its destination.

Idhar Howrah-New Delhi Up Poorva mein apne parivar ke saath B-1 AC bogi mein Howrah se Aligarh ja rahi 29 saal ki Neela Parvez ko achanak tez bukhar, pet dard aur vomiting hone lagi. Haalat bigadta dekh information control ko di gayi. Dono ghatna ki information Madhupur ko milte hi, station master SP Verma, mahila chikitsak Dr. Durga Singh, compounder, dresser, saath mein aany health workers Madhupur station pahunchne ke baad beemar passengers ka ilaaj kiya. Jaanch kar dava di gayi. Is dauraan train karib 10 minutes tak Madhupur mein khadi rahi. Yaatri santusht hone ke baad train gantyav ke oor rawana hui.
