Railway Division ko new South Coast Railway Zone mein include kiya jaaye aur is baare mein stakeholders ki meeting bulayi jaaye. UCV ne yeh bataya ki Visakhapatnam Junction ke paas railway land bahut zyada available hai, jisko new zone ke headquarters ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai. UCV ne yeh bhi yaad dilaaya ki wireless colony mein land pehle se identify kiya gaya hai jiske liye architectural designs aur Detailed Project Report (DPR) bhi ready hai. A stakeholders meeting should be convened on the Waltair Division issue, the UCV requested.The Convenor of UCV, SS Shiva Sankar informed that there is a large chunk of railway land available adjacent to the railway station which can be used for the New Railway Zone headquarters. The UCV reminded that the land had already been identified in the wireless colony for which even architecture designs and Detailed Project Report (DPR) were ready. He mentioned that railways should go ahead with the available land immediately without waiting for the land from the state government.
