Please provide the link where moderator instructed that "passenger infront of a train is not suitable as train pic". Moreover this is a suburban train which don't have big train boards to concentrate upon. I used to think that passengers are supposed to remain in the frame of a picture, clicked from a typically crowded suburban platform.

How can u expect a train can be visible in a crowded suburban platform without the crowd around it? A train is visible, the board is not visible (hence checkbox is not selected). As the picture is of night, I have ticked the Option- night picture in checkbox. So kindly provide the instruction where "Passengers standing around a moving train", reject the eligibility of the picture as a "Train picture"
