Not suitable train pic must be with respect to visibility of train board.

Let it be wrong. If you have any physical proof showing that arr./dep. time at Jagi Road is 06:12/06:14, then kindly add this timing along with a note in halt note of the station. Let the T.T. still show the timing shown in Official Site/IRCTC.

I did give the NTSE screenshot though, and I guess it does count as an official site.
No it does not, for Reserved Trains. We follow Official Site & IRCTC. If you have any physical proof that the Official Site/IRCTC timings are wrong, then add the NTES timings in halt note for reference to the user.
We update reserved train tt on basis of irctc/os timings . Can be changed when the same gets updated on os/irctc
