thi, par 9:13 am tak rukhi rahi, jab tak railway officials aur engineers ne loose fish plate ko theek nahi kiya. Investigation se pata chala ki fish plate 4 September ko galat tarike se lagaayi gayi thi, aur iske liye responsible junior engineer aur ek railway employee ko job se nikal diya gaya. Is incident se railway employees mein narazgi hai, unko laga ki dismissals sahi nahi thi.
