Passengers bohot naraaz the aur unhone yeh bhi kaha ki yeh negligence bar bar hota hai aur railway administration ispe dhyaan nahi de raha. Is incident se yeh saaf hai ki railway officials ko safety measures pe dhyaan dena chahiye aur apni zimmedari nibhani chahiye.
