It was discovered that the relief train arrived late, causing a delay of over 2 hours on the Muri-Chandil section, disrupting operations. The investigation concluded that lack of coordination and timely decision-making among officials in the Ranchi Division contributed to the incident. The CRS will now submit the report to the Railway Board for further action. The incident caused the death of one passenger and injured another. The DR, Ranchi, refused to answer questions regarding the CRS investigation.

2 hours se zyada ka delay hua. Ranchi Division ke officers ke beech coordination aur timely decision nahi lene ki wajah se ye situation ban gayi. CRS report ab Railway Board ko bhejega aur further action liya jaayega. Ek passenger ki death aur dusra injured hua tha. DR, Ranchi, CRS investigation ke baare mein kuch bhi batane se mana kar diya.
