Telangana: Villagers pool funds to halt trains at Nekkonda

Villagers in Nekkonda are buying tickets for the Secunderabad-Guntur intercity express train, even though they don't intend to board it. 400 members has been created to organize ticket purchases. They pool funds to buy tickets daily from Nekkonda to Khammam and Secunderabad, and also purchase tickets for passengers in nearby villages. Their aim is to have all express trains stop at Nekkonda for convenient travel. Previously, their requests to halt the Padmavathi, Konark, Navajivan, and Gouthami express trains were denied due to insufficient revenue. However, the villagers remain determined in their efforts.

WhatsApp group bhi banaya gaya hai jisme 400 se zyada gaon waale hain. Woh roz Nekkonda se Khammam aur Secunderabad ke tickets kharidne ke liye paise pool kar rahe hain, aur nearby villages ke passengers ke liye bhi tickets purchase kar rahe hain. Unka aim hai ki saare express trains Nekkonda pe ruken, taaki logon ko aasani se travel kar sake. Pehle, unke Padmavathi, Konark, Navajivan aur Gouthami express trains ko Nekkonda station pe rukwane ki requests ko insufficient revenue ki wajah se reject kiya gaya tha.
