लेकिन अब चूंकि तीसरी बार सरकार बनने जा रही है और विपक्ष पहले ही यह बता चुका है कि लोकतंत्र और संविधान तीसरी बार सरकार बनने पर खत्म हो जाएगा तो फिर किराया बढ़ाना ही चाहिए। रेलवे को घाटे से बाहर निकालना होगा

Anything may happen. IMO, Vande Metro is already a fine name even though it has no relation with the train's objective to connect intercities. But given the past history of branding trains, Amrit Metro also satisfies the criteria.
This order is for local AC EMUs and Vande Metro is different in paper.

In short and in general Vande metro should act as a intra city EMU for the Vande Metro title but it is going to act as a intercity MEMU, thus i said that.
Name is different from its intended purpose, that's it.
Metro term should be reserved for any new developments in EMU segment.
